Electrical issues!
Federal pacific panel is water damaged. Loose connections in multi wire circuits caused gfi outlet failure.
Even the pipe connections, the couplings that connect the pipes
are not tight
Tightened as possible.
Attempted to remove and rewire dishwasher but opening needs reworked.
Troubleshoot, removed and replaced the kitchen counter GFI outlet.
Install new GFI outlet next to the dishwasher is required by code.
